Pepper’s 22nd Summer Rock Show
a sparkling spectacular
The show is in the planning stage. With volunteers agreeing to take on the key roles to ensure
that the venue, sponsors, advertisers, publicity performers, crew, set design and builders,
costume design are all in place for the staging of Pepper’s 22nd Summer Rock Show.
Berkhamsted's biggest and best live musical extravaganza staged at the fabulous Centenary Theatre, Berkhamsted School, which promises to be a fabulous evening out for all ages.
Building on success of this year’s show the 2010 promises to be another Show to remember. With stunning music performed by local singers, dancers and performers backed by some of the best local musicians around supported by a team of talented local school children who form Pepper Youth.
State-of-the-art stage lighting, sparkling sound and an amazing stage set will combine to provide a musical night out to remember with every song a legendary rock classic. Ticket holders can enjoy live music, licensed bar and buffet food both before and after all performances.
This year’s show was extremely well supported, raising over £42,000 for the Pepper Foundation to help fund the Pepper Nursing team who provide a 24 hour-on-call home care and family support for children with life-limiting conditions throughout Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Run entirely by volunteers but with a show comparable to a London’s West End performance, The Pepper Summer Rock Show should set the stage for a great start to the summer holidays.
Tickets are £15 to £20 with concessions for the first 5 of the 7 performances commencing Friday 16th until Saturday 24th July. Providing great value for money as well as benefiting the Pepper cause, each ticket provides access to a range of acts, hospitality, raffle, Tombola and silent Auction in addition to the great atmosphere of the Grand Marquee before and after the show.
Jonathan Tweed, Pepper Foundation Chairman says “Start your summer with a celebration unlike any other. Bring your family; bring your friends, and tell everyone about this spectacular event. Have a great time and enjoy the fact that you are also going to be helping us to support some very special children. Thank you."
