Seriously we urgently need someone to act as MC for the marquee. We need someone who can announce the acts that perform in the marquee and give other general information, such as urging people to buy raffle tickets. If you feel you could do this, for one night or for all seven please contact:

Helpers Wanted

The show is run solely by volunteers. Last year with this help the show raised £42,232 for the Foundation. With your help we can raise at least this sum again in 2010.

We need volunteers to help man the box office, from mid June to the end of the show, to hand out leaflets and flyers, canvas local shops and businesses for support , to sell programmes and raffle tickets, to help run the merchandise stall or to help behind the bar. So if you can't sing, dance or strum a guitar you can still help. Any help is welcome for one hour or for more. You can make a difference.

Any unwanted Christmas presents?

Please donate any unwanted Christmas/Birthday presents to enable us to utilise them for the raffle or tombola and raise funds. Bring them with you to the open meeting, or contact any member of the Show Team to arrange collection.
